PHOTOS: Black Stars train at FNB Stadium ahead of Bafana Bafana meeting tomorrow
The Black Stars of Ghana on Wednesday afternoon trained at the FNB Stadium in Johannesburg ahead of the crunch meeting with the Bafana Bafana of South Africa.
The two sides are geared up for a titanic showdown tomorrow in Group C of the qualifiers to next year’s Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament expected to be staged in Cameroon.
On the back of two training sessions on Monday and Tuesday, the Black Stars on Wednesday morning safely arrived in South Africa to wrap up preparations for the task ahead.
This evening, the team has had the chance to train at the FNB Stadium and now looks forward to giving the home team a good run for their money on the matchday tomorrow.
Coach CK Akonnor and his charges need to pick up a win to stay top of Group C of the qualifiers to stand the chance of earning a ticket to next year’s AFCON tournament.
